Background: |
A light dry red showing subtle oak and
spice flavours produced from Shiraz grapes grown at
our Waterloo Vineyard.
Waterloo Vineyard was named after John Turnbull’s original
land grant at Sackville Reach which was destined to
become part of Dr. Fiaschi’s famous Tizzana Vineyards. |
Tasting Notes: |
The aroma of the wine shows distinct
pepper and soy shiraz notes. In-mouth the moderate tannins
are well balanced against the acidity and savoury flavours
of this medium-light bodied wine. |
