| Tasting Notes: |
Bright clarity and greeny straw in colour, at the time of bottling the bouquet of the wine shows fresh pineapple, green apple, lime and lemon characteristics. In mouth are hints of sweeter fruit with zesty citric acidity, dominated by fresh lemon. The wine is medium in length and has a crisp short-lived finish.
Drink now with some freshly shucked Hawkesbury River oysters, steamed mussles or a fish dish. |
