| Terms and Conditions: |
A deposit of $550 (non-refundable) is required on the booking
of a function. Balance of account must be paid at least 5 days prior to the date of the
function or by special arrangement. |
| Final Numbers: |
Our menu prices for special functions are based on groups 20 to a maximum
ceiling limit of 60 people. We understand that the first number of guests you nominate is
only approximate.
The final number of guests is required 5 days prior to the function; this information is
important for food quantities and staff numbers - therefore no reduction can be accepted
after this date and will be taken as the minimum.
In accessing your final number, have you included - the band, entertainers, M.C.,
yourselves? |
| Venue Charge: |
An additional charge of $500 is required for weddings ceremonies held in
the gardens to cover venue preparation and early closure of venue to others. |
| Functions Longer Than 5 Hours: |
Because of the cost of staff at overtime rates, functions running over a
5 hours period will be charged at $10.00 per head per hour. |
